Yoshiharu Shiraishi
Yoshiharu Shiraishi is the Manager of the Department of Research at the Japan Association of Charitable Organizations (JACO). Mr. Shiraishi has an M.A. in Geography from Ehime University and completed doctoral coursework in Geography and Geo-Science at Kanazawa University. He has been involved in a range of nonprofit organizations in Japan, including the Japan International Institute for Volunteering Research and the Totoro Fund.
