International Center for Not-for-Profit Law
The International Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ICNL) was founded in 1992 as one of the first organizations dedicated to strengthening the legal environment for civic space. ICNL works with civil society, governments, and international institutions to build long-term partnerships that advance sustainable legal reform. It is one of the few global organizations focused exclusively on the laws affecting civil society, philanthropy, and public participation.
