Stephanie Acosta
Stephanie Acosta (USJLP 2024, 2025) is a social worker with experience in philanthropy, government, and nonprofits. Currently at the El Paso Community Foundation, Stephanie is a Program Officer managing the Migrant Families Relief Fund, grants, and social impact projects aimed at addressing unique challenges of the U.S.-Mexico border. She works with NGO’s, local governments, and philanthropy across the Americas to foster collaboration and pivot programs in response to the emerging needs of immigrant communities and build adaptable infrastructures. She holds a B.A. in Social Work from Texas Tech University and a Master of Social Work with a specialty in Trauma-Informed Practice from the University of Michigan.
